Our readers are highly engaged, science-literate individuals, healthcare professionals, and biohackers interested in the intersection of data, biology, and nutrition.

We prioritize articles that cover the following high-level topics:

  • Multi-Omics in Practice: Deep dives into genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and the microbiome, and how they connect to personalized diet/lifestyle plans.
  • Testing Services & Reviews: Objective, in-depth reviews and comparisons of consumer and clinical testing kits (DNA, gut health, blood markers, CGM).
  • Nutrition Technology: Analysis of AI, machine learning, and wearable tech applied to dietary tracking and personalized intervention.
  • Advanced Nutritional Concepts: Evidence-based articles on topics like nutrigenomics, epigenetics, and chrononutrition.

Submission Requirements

All submissions must adhere to the following strict guidelines:

  1. Originality: Content must be 100% original and unpublished anywhere else online.
  2. Authority: You must be a qualified expert in the field (e.g., Registered Dietitian (RD), PhD, MD, Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), or established science journalist/researcher). Please include your credentials in your submission.
  3. Evidence-Based: All claims must be supported by recent, peer-reviewed scientific literature. We require a minimum of 3-5 citations (in-line linking or numbered list) from reputable sources (e.g., PubMed, major scientific journals).
  4. Tone & Style: The tone should be objective, educational, and professionally analytical. Articles should be written for an intelligent audience—avoid oversimplification or hype.
  5. Length: Articles should be between 1,500 and 2,500 words in length.
  6. Formatting: Use clear headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs for readability.

  1. A brief bio (100 words max) detailing your relevant qualifications and experience.
  2. Three to five proposed titles/outlines that fit our focus categories. Do not send a complete draft unless requested.
  3. Links to 2-3 examples of your published work in the health or science domain.

We will review your pitch and respond if we believe your proposed content aligns with our editorial needs. Due to the volume of submissions, we may not be able to reply to every inquiry.
